1st quarter of 2023 is in the books! It is time for OSHS Report Card Night, scheduled for Thursday, November 16, 2023, from 5-7PM. Your student's teachers will be available for brief conferences. Each conference is a 10-minute session held in the classroom. Please be mindful of this time constraint to allow other parents their full slot. Parents, please check your email for the link to sign-up for an appointment. Please review the schedule arranged alphabetically by teacher and click on the desired slot/button to sign up. A list of teachers and their respective room numbers will be available in the lobby outside the main office. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you!
Old Saybrook High School Junior Marie-Therese Morosky, currently serving as Lieutenant Governor of the CT Youth and Government Program, presented Governor Lamont with the YMCA Champions Honoree Award with other officers of CT Youth and Government Program.

1. Today (9/6/23): Students and teachers who aren't in airconditioned rooms will take breaks in alternate classrooms, meeting rooms, and spaces being made available so everyone gets out of the heat at some point. Outside activities will be limited. Building administrators will advise staff.
2. Tomorrow (9/7/23): We WILL have an early dismissal for the Middle School and High School only because Goodwin has air-conditioning. The Middle School will dismiss at 11:55, and the High School will dismiss at 12:00. The Middle School will proceed with open house for parents tomorrow night.

Please note that all Old Saybrook school buildings and grounds will be closed from 6:00AM on Sunday, August 27, through 6:00AM on Monday, August 28, for the purpose of conducting police officer emergency response training. It is important that no one be on the grounds at that time.
