Congratulations to the Old Saybrook Middle School choruses on a wonderful Evening of Broadway Concert!

Our students filled the OSMS Auditorium with energy, confidence, and joy as they brought Broadway favorites to life for the entire community. It was clear with each medley how much preparation, care, and pride went into the performance.

A special thank you to our music educators, accompanists, staff, and families for supporting our students and helping make nights like this possible.

Most of all, congratulations to our OSMS chorus students for sharing their voices and talents with our community.

Students in American Literature and U.S. History recently participated in a joint field experience to The Breakers in Newport, Rhode Island, as an extension of their study of the 1920s. This trip provided students with connections to the themes explored in both courses, including wealth, social class, industrial growth, and the cultural shifts of the post–World War I era. Students were able to experience the beauty of the Breakers, the intensity of the Cliff Walk views, and an enjoyable lunch downtown.
